You're Not Imagining It.
Your Symptoms Are Real.
Anxiety doesn't just stay in your mind. It triggers a physical response that can affect your entire body. If you experience any of the following, they could be linked to anxiety.
Racing Thoughts
Racing Heart / High Blood Pressure
Dizziness or Lightheadedness
Stomach Pain or Nausea
Constant Headaches
Unexplained Fatigue
“The most important thing we tell our patients is that they are not imagining their physical symptoms. The mind-body connection is incredibly powerful. Our first job is to rule out other medical causes and then explore how we can calm the system that is causing these very real feelings.”

Dr. S. Al-Nuaimi, M.D., EaseCare Physician
Understand the ‘Fight-or-Flight’ Response with Anxiety Support Online
When your brain senses danger (even if it's not a conscious thought), it floods your body with adrenaline. This increases your heart rate (causing palpitations or high blood pressure), tenses your muscles (causing pain), and disrupts your digestion (causing nausea or cramps). These are not imagined. They are real physiological responses.
Stress Hormones Released
Your brain releases adrenaline and cortisol, putting your entire body on high alert.
Your Body Prepares for 'Danger'
Your heart rate and blood pressure increase, muscles tense up, and breathing becomes shallow.
Physical Symptoms Appear
This chain reaction causes real feelings like chest tightness, dizziness, and stomach upset.
