Yes, all EaseCare services are delivered virtually through our secure telehealth platform. You can attend appointments from the comfort of your home using any device with a camera and internet connection.
Your care team shares notes and progress updates within our secure platform, ensuring every provider you work with has full context. You will also have access to your own care summary and can message your provider between sessions.
Absolutely. Every EaseCare provider, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists, is fully licensed and regulated by their respective provincial college. We verify credentials before any provider joins our platform.
Your initial consultation is free. Many of our services are covered by the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP) or private insurance. Our team will confirm your coverage before your first appointment so there are no surprises.
Life happens. You can reschedule any appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost through your patient portal. Please reach out to our support team as early as possible if you need to cancel on short notice.
