We do ask for payment info at booking to help prevent no-shows, but your card will never be charged unless you miss your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours beforehand. This transparency allows us to keep care available for everyone who needs it.

Yes. For all Alberta residents with a valid health card, physician and psychiatrist appointments at EaseCare are 100% covered by the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP).

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. Please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. A cancellation is considered late when made less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show or late cancellation may result in a $100 fee.
